Manifestation at its best?
All too often we get caught up on our daily lives such as working, taking care of our families, you know the day to day events that are our known responsibilities that we forget to live. Forgetting to live you might ask? It’s remembering to add self care to your normal routine. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to have a fancy facial or massage but to at least take 30 minutes, almost as if you are putting yourself on a time out. Taking a deep breath and allowing yourself to unwind..take a bubble bath, read your favorite book or even simply just to be still and relax.
