Ever hear of the "The Pillow Method - Let me explain as it is a manifestation technique that involves writing down your desires and intentions on a piece of paper, folding it, and placing it under your pillow before sleep. The idea is that your subconscious mind will work on manifesting your desires while you sleep.

Steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Write down 3-5 specific, positive affirmations or desires on a piece of paper.

2.⁠ ⁠Fold the paper and place it under your pillow.

3.⁠ ⁠Visualize yourself already in possession of what you desire.

4.⁠ ⁠Fall asleep with a calm and positive mindset.

5.⁠ ⁠Repeat daily or as needed.
