Morning exercise
Start your day with within 10 minutes of movement to reach your body in mind
2 minutes: gentle stretching to release tension
5 minutes: jumping jacks, high knee, organ see your favorite song for cardio
3 minutes: deep, breathing, or yoga, poses like downward, dog, or child's pose to run yourself

What is the one thing I can do today to feel proud of myself?
