Who Empowers you

It's that woman that walks through a room with a beautiful, confident aura. It's the way she walks and turn heads that gives her that certain confidence as she gracefully enters. You would never know anything about her life as she holds her head up with grace and pure purpose. The woman you see before you has been knocked down so many times, rejected, disappointed, and abused. No one would ever know as everything she does is the pure intention as she clarifies her purpose and direction in choosing to help those that are unable to do so. Some days she doesn't know how she will make it through the day but trusting her self shows the value of how she honors her word and even behind closed doors she doesn't fail to carry the same character she does in the face of others as well as behind them when no one is there to watch. She believes that mental health is super important in order for you to see things or clarity. I closely have evaluated through work of my own how to evaporate the suffering, hurt and pain from my past. My goal is to help and empower women to do the same no matter the subject. Ever wonder what it's like to live your life free and have a deeper connection through the core of your being which includes mind, body and spirit. In order to teach you this, you must be willing to ground yourself and appreciate the little things because those are the big things that mean the most. Grounding simply means learning to focus and center, it allows you to align your entire body from head to toes which will give you that power you had all along. Remember it's not about existing in the world but making a difference that will have meaning. Lets walk this journey together.
